We accept returns and exchanges for new, uninstalled items within 60 Days of the original purchase date. After 60 days, items are available for warranty only.
All Returns/Exchanges must:
- Be new and uninstalled
- Include all original undamaged packaging
- Include the Return Authorization Number
Please contact customer support to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping your return. Returns received without authorization may be refused.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return or exchange after your item is received by our warehouse.
Please note that shipping charges are not be refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We insure all outgoing shipments as these things happen and will assist you promptly to resolve this issue. As we are limited to the time in which we can file a claim with the carriers, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged order.
All products purchased from Direct Automotive Products are backed by a limited 12 Month Manufacturer’s Warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturer's defects only.
The following will void any warranty and are non-returnable:
- Items that have been damaged through customer installation error or abuse.
- Items that have been modified in any way from its original received condition. This includes but is not limited to painting.
- Items that were not properly maintained based on vehicles factory maintenance schedule.
The warranty is limited to exchange of the original purchased item only or a refund. Direct Automotive Products will make a determination as to which option is best based on each specific situation. Warranty does not cover and does not include or offer refunds for incidental charges or expenses such as, but not limited to, tow fees, storage fees, lost wages, shipping, or any labor charges.
